I do not make enough smoothies. Every time that I do make them I’m reminded of how delicious and simple they are to make. I had a bunch of strawberries that were sitting in the fridge and I wanted to do something with them, so I decided to make a smoothie. This was a sort of what’s laying around my kitchen cupboards and fridge sort of deal. No one had to leave the house in the making of this deliciousness.
This recipe has five ingredients and very minimal prep so you can make this in about five minutes or so. I’ve been amping up on the ginger lately due to it being the cold season. I put a nice bit of it in there for some extra immune boosting oomph. Oomf? I don’t know how to spell that word, anyway let’s proceed to the smoothie making.
